Cookie Policy
This page explains which cookies and similar browser-storage technologies may be used while visiting the website.
1. Cookies and local storage
Cookies are small files a website may save in a browser. The site may also use localStorage and sessionStorage to retain preferences and data required by the interface.
2. Technologies used directly
The site currently uses only technical browser storage:
- chat_messages in sessionStorage keeps the conversation during the session;
- theme in localStorage remembers light or dark mode;
- andrea_cookie_consent_v1 in localStorage remembers the banner choice.
These technologies support requested features and are not used for advertising or profiling.
3. Hosting and security
The site is hosted on Vercel, which may process technical information and logs needed to deliver and protect the service. See the Vercel Privacy Notice.
4. Embedded Notion content
The “Who I am” page loads from Notion only after an explicit visitor action. Notion may then use cookies or similar technologies under its own settings and notices.
See Notion’s Cookie Notice and Privacy Policy.
5. External links
LinkedIn, Substack and GitHub are external links, not embedded content. Those sites may process data only after the visitor chooses to open them and under their respective policies.
6. Banner and consent
On the first visit, the banner offers “Essential only” and “Accept all”. The choice is stored only in the browser. The site currently does not activate advertising, profiling or non-essential analytics cookies.
If non-essential tools are introduced later, they will remain blocked until the user makes a choice.
7. Managing browser data
You can delete cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage in your browser settings. Blocking technical storage may prevent the site from remembering the theme or current conversation.
8. Updates and contact
This notice is updated when the technologies used change. Questions can be sent to and.pericoli@gmail.com.
